Prints and albums, separately from bookings.

Photograph the tube or box before you open it fully, send us the picture, and we reprint and reship at our cost. No return is needed — keep or recycle the damaged print.

If what arrives is not what you ordered, we remake it and cover the return postage. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Custom prints are made to order, so we cannot resell them. If a print genuinely disappoints you, write and tell us why — in eleven years we have reprinted at our own cost more often than we have refused. Editions may be returned unused within 14 days for a full refund under Greek distance-selling law.

Albums are bound by hand to a layout you approved, so they are not returnable once sewn. Binding faults — a loose spread, a misaligned cover — are remade at our cost for as long as you own the book.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing them. Reprints go into the next print run, which is usually the same week.
