No studio, no props, no baskets, no wraps. A bedroom with a window, an hour of daylight, and two people who will not ask you to arch your back.
Almost nothing. Leave the bed unmade if it is unmade. Wear what you have been wearing. If the room is small we will work in the doorway — small rooms are usually better than large ones because the light has fewer places to go.
For newborn sessions we come to you and we work around feeding. Ninety minutes is the booking, but we have never left at ninety minutes when a baby had other plans.
They came to the flat, worked around a feed that took forty minutes, and never once asked me to arch my back.
