The album

Andreas Pavlou trained as a bookbinder in Florence and has sewn every FrameStudio album by hand since 2018. Linen cover, forty spreads, lay-flat binding, printed on the studio’s Epson SureColor P9000.

The selection is made with you, not for you. We sit at the light table in the workshop for about two hours, and what comes out of that afternoon is the book.

Albums are made in winter.

We bind between November and February, when there are no weddings. A summer wedding becomes a book in about March.
